Male playing a male character that looks as close to my real life self as possible with customization options that we're given. The only big difference is the eye colour of my character which are as light as they would give us, since I always had a thing for super freaky light grey/white pupils.

Will keep him the way he is in ARR, possibly some tweaks, but don't know about that since I yet have to see what options for customization we will get. Definitely changing his voice though. Happy about having a barber shop in ARR, changing hairstyles is fun, depending on the current mood.

Male playing Female, because Tanaka was a $@&$@ moron and couldn't for the life of him put male miqo'te in from the beginning. With exception to FFXI and FFXIV, all my main characters are male, alts and mules i just random select.

Male playing a male character and I won't be changing too much with my char, though I do know I will change his hair color to more of a blue color instead of silver and give him more of a tan.

But I really can't say for sure what I will be doing (and for many of us) until we see all the changes on the many customizations we will get.
