Free Company Bonuses

(so I think this is the right forum to post in as the last FC thread got moved here from "Companies")

Being in a Free Company will give bonuses to its members!

So I'd like to solicit answers to two particular questions from y'alls.

1) How would you prefer these bonuses to be awarded?
eg based on time active, number of members, content goals

2) What kind of bonuses would you like to see?
eg housing benefits (such as the recently discussed msg board), market tax discount, travel, combat buffs

I think we going to get the bonuses by playing together with our linkshell and when we win or gain exp together we fill a bar up that what wow did and make the most sense.

But i remember yoshi-p saying by adding a windmill in your company house yard you gain a park for everyone in your free company.

So it see we get perks by gaining the stuff to add to our company homes now how we get the item i bet is by winning floors on crystal tower and other type of free company Achievements. Like have 20 people with all class level 50 or have members with one of each relic stuff like that is what i bet would reward perks and unlock stuff for us.
