I certainly hope you're right. WoW has heavy PvP elements and are always balancing class abilities around PvP because they're "too OP" for PvP. I don't want to see ability adjustments every month because someone finds something overpowered in PvP.

I don't remember this being mentioned before, care to share some information on that? As was mentioned earlier in the thread, combos' direction requirement was removed and casting while moving was removed in favor of PvP balance, but other than that I don't remember any information coming out saying there were going to be abilities designed solely for PvP.

The Water spell shown in the videos certainly has some PvP utility, but it can also be used in PvE for stray monsters. There may well be other abilities that have debuffs or other effects that would work in PvP and can work in PvE as well.
