I was doing the rank 42 story quest, and after killing the 2 wolves, the ??? appeared on the ground.
When I clicked it, my companion and the ??? vanished, and nothing happened. waited about 5 minutes then finally left the instance.

When i travel back to the quest location via the ??? on my map, nothing happens, and i am no longer able to progress in the quest.
