They showed us some images of Titan weapons a few months back (they look weird) but it would definitely be nice to have some Primal armour too! As long as I can get hold of some fancy Leviathan-weapon I'll be forever happy <3
I disagree, I think it will be great to have a weapon set for each primal, each with its own elemental stat. If they focused more on elemental stats and effects in ARR then that would make each weapon quite unique even if the base damage is pretty much the same.

Except the stats are not all equal, meaning we don't have a choice in the weapons based on their element - we chose them based on overall stats. And let's face it, if Blizzard is used in 2.0 as much as it is in 1.0 any BLM worth their salt will simply use their relic/triple tier INT electrum/garuda.
Personally I want to collect a primal set of weapons for WHM...even if they will never replace my Thyrus (Or if they are able to well that is a Pandora's box none of us wants open... not inclusive of a pure DD weapon for Solo time)
I am really psyched to see the Books (ARN)
I guess we can only wait and see ^^

Ifrit, Moogle, Garuda, Titan, Shiva, Leviathan, Ramuh, Odin = 8 Primals
GLA, MAR, PUG, LNC, ARC, THM, CON, ACN = 8 Classes
So that would be roughly 64-70 primal weapons depending on primal shields. After the 5th primal or so would weapons still be shiny and unique? I'd just like to see different kinds of rewards from primals, be it armour even accessories, or perhaps vanity gear to change the appearance of your proper stat gear.
yeah, give us some primal gear, im bored of primal weapons.

ya i think the primals should all drop armor/accessories etc also.
Weren't there some Leviathan Dragoon in some game somewhere? Would be cool with plate users looking a bit like Leviathan; Some crested sea serpent helm, Kilt made of fins etc ^^
