This Shiva actually look like an Ice Queen. Although I like the Shiva in past FF games that is not XIII (wtf were you thinking S-E?) I think I like this Shiva the best, in fact I think I prefer the design for all Primals in ARR over the other FF games.

Edit: I have learned that you need to spell it out when it's just your opinion on this forum. This is just my opinion and no one have to agree with it.
