Eh. Guess her design fits with ARR's direction.
As for music If it was still 1.0 I would be looking forward to the music, but given the direction of ARR's music so far, not as much anymore :\. 1.0 had a more "modern" style that the songs we got fit into the game well (but not always the location), now the music sounds like something you'd get in a generic F2P MMORPG so that's going to be interesting to see if they continue that direction or go more FF style.

Reminds me of lightning :P (FFXIII)
Love Fern's nod out to Shiva / Siren discussions XD
Thanks SE for keeping posts up on your blog~
It is wrong, for the year this game is made and by the people we know (SE) the grass is at best "ok". I think too many people complain about people trying to make FF perfect in every way (an impossible goal itself, but the inane attention to detail can be a great guiding factor as a dev).

FYI Fern's post is good read indeed as usual but one info that JP blog post had the NA one didn't
Good info imo.蛮神シヴァとのバトルはリローンチ後になるのですが、
開発側はβテストやリリース向けだけでなく、
こうした新生後のパッチ作業にも突入しています!
Battle with Primal Shiva will be post relaunch, but this is to show that the development team is not only working towards beta and release but post ARR launch patches already!
Yeah, shame that when this gets brought up by anyone other than SE most people adamantly deny it and starts getting into the "it's only alpha/wait for beta then complain" mode.

lol ppl who say xiv Shiva is better off in Tera/WoW... i wanna laugh so hard right now when i look back of how skimpy past Shiva is than this Shiva.
As said, people were talking about the design, not the fact she's in a skimpy outfit. However the more people keep linking the skimpiness to newer MMOs kind of proves why MMOs of today fail.
