We hadn't actually watched the summon yet, just seen the name. Shiva is often linked closely with the element of fire (though not always directly).

I was really shocked someone would say fire after seeing her like that.

When I think of Shiva out of FF context I'm wondering where all the arms and extra heads are hiding ^_^;
