With the current system, if I have a class at 50, the job is automatically 50.

In your example:
So if I have SHP at 50, my BST is 50? But also, if my WAR is 50, my BST is 50? Both count?

And is SHP unlocked from the other 3 gathering classes in your example?

If it is unlocked, then what level would SHP start at? If it starts at 30, is BST also 30 automatically?

Your system needs some tweaking ^.^

if they wanted to flesh out development, bst would be better off having its primary class prereq as shp
