What's the story behind your character's name?

Some ancient Greek mythology about hillbillies and the zodiac - I think it was on a ESPN documentary I first heard it. Been so long since I got to play the character on FFXIV its all starting to dim.

Banjo-I don't quite remember this story in any of the mythology I've read. ESPN, lol.

Bailee; a girl i had crush on. Sancta; a more femine form of the latin word Sanctus, which means holy. My alt is a miqoute named Meracle Sanctas; yes Meracle from Star Ocean game ;p and again last name is a mix up of Sanctus. Also I like the name Meracle because its like "Holy Miracle"

While pondering my name for FFXI (actually was only 2 months before i started FFXIV) I started going through some of the automated names and was inspired to change my own first name to match the types of names spoken in FFXI. I always think of Camelot when I say my name.

(pronounced: "Danny - o - lot" or "Daniel - aut" (it pretty much sounds the same when you say it)

Leonheart:
I'm a fan of Squall Leonhart, but as I made my last name I followed the misspelling i used on other social accounts

Chocobo:
Thorcobo, I am from Norwegian descent, thus the "Thor"

Companion:
Rinoisa, just a change of spelling of Rinoa's name from FFVIII

Retainers:
Daniolautia, this one is a give away. (Just a female version of my name.)
Leatisie (I actually cannot remember if that is the proper spelling of my other retainer, but her name was generated by reviewing other generated retainer names, and then changing spelling around from my own similar created name.)

Rau Lecreuset. One of my favorite Gundam Antagonists. I didn't realize Lecreuset was a cookware brand until someone asked me why I named myself after a teapot.

My name is derived on how many times I've restarted FFXI and FFXIV. At some point I was no longer satisfied with my character, killed it, and started over. Took 3 tries for XIV... It's like beating a Dead Horse.
