If the charactar data transfers work in Phase 3/4 I imagine it's possible whichever server we pick will be locked in. But that's why we are posting this early. They have said a world switch will be possible, and we will be moving to a US based datacenter.

But this thread's intent is not to debate server transfers/world availability. Please try to keep chatter on point if possible.
