That's actually an interesting question... they said all races and genders would be available but not all customizations... so you might get the physique of a high lander but the faces and hair we currently have of the mid lands... maybe the same situation with male miquote

They won't all be avialable DURING THE BETA. They are supposed to be available at launch.

this means there should be no issues whatsoever, even if we can recustomize during the beta.

It wasn't a problem just interesting to think about how they can just give us all the races and genders immediately without providing the new customizations unless they will give us some new customizations but only a limited amount for the testing of new race and gender...
