I mean multiple people on THIS site got this.
So unless we all visited some other site that in turn gave away our email...
Was it an email leak in SE?

Since I noticed someone mentioned that they got different emails like FFXI and Diablo 3...

Let me explain to you.. and I am a web developer...
When I finished building my own website and setup servers running...
If you register your new account on my website by using your email that's also for your FFXIV account...
I can see your email inside my database...
One day.. My server got hacked and caught your email possibly...
BOOM! ...you got spams.. So I don't think it has something to do with SE being hacked. >.<

I am sure your FFXIV account is in safe but you will need to create a new email and never give away to anywhere again.
