In term of "boost" functionality, how is this draw point system different then the existing food and GC items?
If no much, then the related question is, do we need another "boost" system in addition to the existing food / GC item system?

I like the idea but i think it can be changed a little like if you draw from a point that is fire based it give the person fire defense if not thm/blm or if a draw point for DoL could give half the exp gain to non DoL class/jobs so people can still use but with different effects the one time use per day I like it helps keep people from over using points and points can be placed in spots that go with the power of the point like a fire point can be in a fire or water point in a river or pond.. stuff like that

Credit goes to Denmo and Nique from Masamune for this art :3
I like this idea. Keep the buffs simple and extend duration a little i think, say 3 hrs each. Making these rare buffs obviously better then food.
Also
Guarding aspect was replaced with rested bonus. I think just for style. As far as I know there was no abuse of the former1.0 had something vaguely similar when you started levequests at an aetheryte where you could invoke your guardian from the Twelve to confer a 'Guardian's Blessing' buff for a short while, but that ability was removed on a patch (apparently replaced with the /pray command for the 7th Umbral Era storyline as I understand it).
Good ideas but let the dev team finish the game, release it, and go from there. Seems to me that a lot of threads are requests of so many different things people want in the game too soon. The game can't have ten years of content in its third year or for new new people the first year.
Redid the rules of the draw point a bit.
Can only draw 10 times at 1 draw point then it despawns and reappears somewhere else.
Once 150 draws have been taken place all the draw points despawn and then reappear at next hamlet reset.
Edit it to 10x a draw point & 150 every 24hrs.

Increased the duration of alot of them. Mainly cus players need to travel places to do stuff or players will just stand around and wait without using the buffs. Also added caps/limits to how much you can use the buff. Such as exp limits.
Kind of hacked together with some super weird numbers... There may be some ballance issues. I feel like this isnt related to draw.
Read the OP^^, he talks about drawing buffs from points, not spellsMeanwhile, the RMTs are all camping the Flare draw point spawns....
If only it werent so DoM specific.... I can see running a dungeon and the whm runs out of cure spells or blm runs out of nukes..
I like the unique-ness of this idea, but I don't think it plays well on a mmo level.
I think this idea is pretty cool; FF8 was my favorite FF so far so if we ever get any FF8 elements in the game I'm going to squeal with delight lol.
Act in such a way that you treat humanity, whether in your own person or in the person of another, always at the same time as an end and never simply as a means
why not just buy potions for the same stats it will help the economy.
Shouldn't be too much unbalancing. If anything should give your a small boost in any fight/craft/gather. And when you die you lose it and gotta wait 7 hours.
Some Draw's are really rare & random so its very unlikely many players would stack and use it.
Mainly its for crafters, noobies exping and coming across them, gatherers and restoring some anima.
Odds of each group is listed so players often get same buffs and very few get the rare buffs.
