LOL cash shop! SE's way to tell their player how they appreciate them... pull the carrot and empty your pockets $$$
And to those who support it: you are kicking yourselves. -- We just need to sit back and laugh at people with cash shop items.
(Marvelous economics IQ test!)

true.. so far i have yet to get this, so is safe to say the site i've been going didnt get hack :P

If it makes you feel any better, I get constant emails about WoW, Starcraft and Diablo III accounts that I don't own (And out of those 3, I had a WoW account for 1 month and not even registered to that address... @_@) So don't worry about it. If you're ever in doubt about your account, never email them. Give them a call or get on webchat, the guys are really amazing (from my experiences) and will talk you through any problems if there are any.^^Now, this does not strictly relate to FF14, but i got a tonn of emails about my ff11 account being suspended, and im wondering 2 things:
1) Is it fake?
2) Is my ff14 account in danger? (because I believe they are the same one)
The link to the site seems legit, but i am veeeeery suspicious at the volume of the emails.
Act in such a way that you treat humanity, whether in your own person or in the person of another, always at the same time as an end and never simply as a means

You could also use a security token... that is the safest method of securing your account...

from my experience if you did get accessed from another IP you get locked out of your account, then have to call SE.
happened to me when i used my phones internet on my laptop for the first time & one time at the airport.

Nope. Your account just gets locked and you have to change your password. If you have a security token then you can access your account on any IP... (Which is useful for people who play on laptop)

Really that should be impossible. http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...0&so=4&q=token
The support says that you can avoid a login restriction by using a security token... you can get a login restriction by logging into different IP's...

I get similar e-mails about WoW, D3 and SC2, too. Funny thing is, i've never even played nor tried any of them.
