Well if you enjoy waiting for up to an hour to get stuff done in a video GAME, then you've got some warped priorities.

There's a psychological concept called reinforcement. If people who were willing to wait long amounts of time were given parties, and said parties were enjoyable enough then in their eyes the effort of waiting is justified. If it wasn't no one would ever have partied.

Consider this, if I wait for a party and I thoroughly enjoy it, I'll wait again for one. However, if the entire experience is horrible, I wouldn't subject myself to waiting.

I'm not saying FFXI is bad, I'm saying that the whole idea of having to wait a shitload of time to grab a party due to the fact that the game was designed to not have nearly anything possible without one was a HUGE misstep, and might be one of the bigger reason that the game was hemorrhaging subscribers after a certain point in its life.

It depends on what stuff really. Endgame stuff? Sure. Leveling? Hell no.

When a job get over nerfed and nobody more invite him for exp, how you justify weeks waiting for nothing ? and i mean nothing, since if you need to exp you can't do any other activity other craft and farm ?
