It was taken off due to the fact that JP always bitch and complain to NA for checking them. You can even get ban for spam checking someone -.- that how far JP got mad about it. I blame the translation dev for that one tho because what i heard from a JP is that it say something else like i look you up and down so i blame SE for that one lol.

I remember a lot of JP players would macro gear swap so it would drop the equips box when you would check them.
