The way I see it is, if you don't want to be examined, stay in your Inn room Goes for the JPs too. I've seen plenty of non-JPs get frustrated at being examined. I've been bitched at in /tell because of checking a random party member's gear. It happens. But with SQEX being a JP company, they'll cater to the JPs first and foremost...so when they whine and cry enough, something is sure to change. Though for the life of me, I wonder why they never changed the JP text for it in FFXI.
