Yea, except NDA is to protect the copyright material in question, so people don't make stupid assumptions based on something that's not finished. It has other reasons as well, I'm sure Ms. Rent-a-Cop, but I'm not worried about it. If they want to be a prick over talking about fps, let them. Mentioning the FPS, doesn't really hurt the product, at all.
I've mentioned being in alpha a couple of times on these boards. Nothing that reveals game mechanics, story line or in game visuals. Take a chill pill, relax and let SE decide who is violating NDA.
BTW, enjoy the beta. I know I will.
People are just tryin to help ya, because, technically making any difinative statements about the Allpha, such as that you are, or even were in it is definately against NDA. Speculation is one thing, but comeing out and saying I can run it on my system could cause another with higher specs to come out and say that they cant for whatever reason, which would cause un needed hate/rumors against a product that is not polished yet. This is one of the main reasons that the NDA is im place to begin with. Would hate to see anybody get suspended, or worse, perma-banned.
Any info leaking out about the alpha, whether bad or great is in violation of the NDA set in place.
