If you are legacy and apply for both, it probably makes it harder for other non-legacy players to get into the PC beta.
Hopefully they have means to just filter out Legacy members from the PC signups.

I thought SE said all Legacy members are selected automatically whether they are already selected or not, the dev team would skip them and select non-Legacy members to get into the PC beta. That's my guess.
Well considering I didn't have to sign in to do the beta application it made me wonder. But I guess it would match my email address.
Or you maybe get two emails, one for PC and one for PS3. Not sure what would happen to PS3 users, I mean where they get a code in order to download a client? From the PSN store?
