    You are auto-selected for (PC) Beta Phase 1 if you are Legacy.

    But if you want to get into the PS3 Beta, you will need to apply regardless if you are a Legacy Member or not. If you have a key and a Legacy member, simply apply for the PS3 version, so you get priority over everyone else on the PS3 beta selections. You don't need to apply for the PC version as being legacy, you are already in Phase 1.
