Holy shit. I've posted this issue in the Japanese tech support, but none responded at all - in 5 days.
Even better: None replied to or opened a new thread in their tech support forum for 5 f***ing days!

Which means: The japanese tech support forum is inactive for at least 5 days now.

This eplains a lot. The japanese players are either too shy or don't give a shit about a major bug, which crashes the game EVERYTIME they minimize the game.


Conclusion
- Square Enix doesn't give a shit to the suggestions of the non-english speaking community.
- Japanese players either don't give a shit about major bugs which crashes their game or are too afraid to express their opinion.


Funny, yet F***ING SAD! LOL!
