Fix alt-tab crash maybe?

First of all. The Square Enix tech department is the worst I've seen in my life, EVER. Almost 1 year has passed and they still haven't fixed this gamebreaking issue.

We're forced to play in windowed mode, which kills the atmosphere and performance.
What bunch of noobs are working at SE? You can't fix this issue?!

You don't even acknowledge that this is a huge gamebreaking issue.

On a side note, look at the other 50 topics on this issue, including the one that was being forwarded on to the dev team. Heck, you posted this on top of another alt-tab thread as it is. If it's angering you that much, use the feedback option built into their site:

A working as intended message would be like this:

Our noob programmers, who can't code a game properly HIGHLY believe that alt-tabbing will open all doors to hackers and break the game. Although we allow users to run the game in windowed mode. So dear hackers, please use windowed mode if you want to hack our game.

Unnecessary rudeness aside, if the intent is for alt-tabbing to crash the game, and alt-tabbing crashes the game, it's working as intended. Now, whether or not it should work like that is another story. You're not gonna find many people that don't want full-screen alt-tab.

if you want bring us task manager with out crashing the game, use key code ctrl-shift-esc, this ill work the same way the old ctrl-alt-del worked in xp and 98. That should stop most of your directx problems, there are still a few, but that is nothing i can fix from here.

This does not prevent the error on my system; unless you meant to do it in Windowed mode, which doesn't present an error in any way.
