I'd love for the battle to be have a nice cinematic limit-break.
Perhaps even a cinematic "VICTORY!" at the end of the dungeon like 1.0 and FFXII did.

Ditto, just as long as we don't forget the lessons of the past FF's and allow player's an option to skip the cinematic sequence. Knights of the round was cool the first 120th time. But eventually, you just want to get on with the fight (Okay, so I exaggerate, I started wanted to skip the sequence after watching it for only 40+ times.) .
But regarding the original point. I've always wished that they gave drg's Luminous Lance that Selh'teus uses in COP in ffxi. A giant lance of light that makes a thud as it pierces and sticks out of the enemy's chest, and that slow, lifeless drift for a bit as it was stunned. For archer/bard, I always envisioned that they'd somehow call upon artemis to shoot down a giant arrow of light that hits the entire enemy party.



i want to see more Limit Break idea instead of singular drop like meteor, like @shurrikhan's post is a fresh thing to do, a combination of jobs/class to unleash combo like our late Battle Regimen.![]()

Lulz, that makes Dalamud look like childs play! lol
doo it like ff8, gotta press combo moves, or unique battle system for every jobs ( ie, push certain commands for mnks, or position the bard right for optimal damage )
