Devs: Announcing Legacy status = Beta NDA breech?

So I've been thinking about this a bit, and I was wondering if you're still not allowed to tell people you're in the beta test like you weren't allowed to in the alpha test, would telling people that you have a Legacy account also be a breech of the NDA since having a Legacy account means you automatically get into beta?

Because if I'm going to get in trouble for telling people I have a Legacy account I'd like to know in advance.

This. As well as the fact that having Legacy status doesn't ACTUALLY mean you're in the beta, it simply means you're ABLE to be in the beta, but you COULD (if you wanted to for some reason) choose not to participate.

I will also state that even if you are in the Beta as a Legacy Member, I think there is no issue with saying it. You are not even telling other non-Legacy or Beta users any info about the game and you are not discussing anything about playing the game and its content. So I think we'd be okay.

Legacy members have the ability to be a beta tester in phase 1, it doesn't mean they will all choose to be one.

Telling someone you are a legacy member is one thing.

Telling them you are making use of that status to play the beta is annother.

Eh, it's not an good idea but bragging about getting in shall be one. When you play BETA you don't make any new ideas for adding features, it's supposed to be testing and finding bugs and improving your experience of the gameplay. It's like free to play, SE don't owe you anything at all.
