    its pretty ridiculous the way ppl are talking in this thread. Even if the beta NDA prohibits you from saying you're in it-

    1) you don't have to be a legacy member to get into the beta, so not all beta testers will be legacy members
    2) just because you're a legacy member, that doesn't automatically mean you participated, therefore, stating you are a legacy member != stating you are in the beta- because you might be choosing not to participate in it (Some people may not want to, they may want to be suprised).
    3) Even if it was, the most that would happen to you in all probability is a slap on the wrist.
