    Here's a thought to add to the confusion if you follow the strict rules.

    Saying you will be a beta tester and saying you are a beta tester is two different things. Since there is no beta test yet and no agreement you can sign then if you right now say your a beta tester you are actually lying. Saying you will be a beta tester is not breaking the agreement since you haven't signed it. Also it doesn't mean you will be a beta tester. You could change your mind or some forum moderator plays a sick joke revoking your beta access.

    Once you read the agreement if it says the identity of the tester is confidential information and confidential information must be kept confidential then you can't tell anyone outside of the beta test you're a beta tester once you sign the agreement. You can post it on the beta test forums, but then that would be a little silly. New beta tester: I'm a beta tester! Other beta testers: No !@#$, we all are!
