Another Fish - Leviathan Drowned you with Tidal Wave.
I Wasn't Distracted... - Spent most of times looking at Garuda without moving.
Popsicle - Shiva's cold, but so are you. Survive Diamond dust inflicted with frozen status.
Glory Lost - Beat a 5 star leve then challenge it again and fail.
White Mage Nightmare - Take 30000 points of damage in a single battlefield without dieing.
That was Tough - Against a single monster complete two party limit breaks.
We got Cookies - Got swayed to the Black Mage side. Complete first BLM Quest (Reward: Ginger Cookies X 5)
What's this? - Complete a leve that has a reward the class you completed it on cannot use.
Earth Makes a Great Bed - Fell in combat to Titan and Win.
Glory Lost - In Party PvP KOed an opponent and get KOed by DoT effect placed on you by opponent.
I'm Invincible... While under the effect of Invincible, you got KOed.
Nothing Beats White - Complete a Dungeon with all WHM.
STOP It's not the fall that kills you It's the sudden stop at the end. Fall from a great height without surviving.

I have a special power of forgetting people's faces after twelve hours.:
Enter a Story Mission Battle (Like Ifrit and Garuda Normal, etc) after already having cleared it. OR Re-view cutscenes X times in your Adventurer's Log.

Yoinked? - A friendly passerby killed your monster. Luckily you still reap the reward... Nothing. You're claimed monster was killed by an outsider and it dropped nothing. Excludes NMs or mobs that have no regular loot drops.

Louisiox's Revenge - attempt to defeat Bahamut by simply praying to the Twelve...
But It Worked Once Before! Oh Wait, That's Right, it Didn't - and then be defeated by Bahamut when prayer doesn't work.
Finders, Keepers Midlander! - recover a certain hyur's missing Bravura from the site of the Battle of Catreneau Flats in Mor Dhona.
Breaking and Entering - get caught entering any NPC's house in any city and attempting to steal their belongings.
Repeat Offender - get caught entering any NPC's house in any city and attempting to steal their belongings more than 50 times.
I've Been Everywhere Man! - visit every zone and region in Eorzea, including cities and dungeons (instanced battlefields do not apply).
Moonstruck - find all remaining pieces of Dalamud scattered across Eorzea.
Hildibrand's New Groupie - follow the Inspector to every city and complete all quests originated by him.
Straying from the Path - turn down Minfilia's offer to join the Path of the Twelve at least 10 times.
Dreamseeker - experienced all possible dreams while sleeping in an Inn Room.

Some really great ideas in here but if I could suggest.. lets not have any achievements that rely on dying in an event. I'd prefer not to see a party chat involve some of the group wanting to fail on purpose and the other half frustrated that they just got half way through to watch a lemming orgy :P.

Also.. we should have some chocobo achievements (raising, racing, digging, fighting with)

I didn't see Stone Throw or Wrist Flick on the bar in the alpha video for DoL/DoH. I don't think we will be able to damage enemies as crafter or gatherers anymore
