Malware was reported on dualshockers some photos on the first page and other pages are linked to dualshockers. Chrome is detecting information being received by dualshockers and saying "ABANDON THREAD" and giving you a red white screen of death.

I think Zehira is talking about how you are all under their bot network and summoned you to download their secret stash of secrets and relinquishing all your important information.

Your antivirus may not know about the problem. It can guess problems through scanning - and this can catch some, but if you were to design some virus you would make sure at least when you first released it that scanners had no idea what it was.

As the scanners communicated information they could start to guess what it was- but then again you could have written it to change. (Antivirus's usually have a group of people as well that try to find and log them)

You are right, I have been studying the computer science since Windows 3.1 and took the Internet class (+inet is what I called it) when I was a senior in high school. I understood how trick it can be, no anti-virus programs can stop it since there are always possible to create a new virus that affect your computer. You see why you are paying yearly for using an advanced anti-virus program since they are getting feedbacks to update the virus database.

Just to give you the right idea - since sometimes people get really leery of the internet after you say "sometimes antivrius works".

Use a good browser, I prefer chrome - its a little sensitive but w.e. While I know microsoft has worked a lot on IE, I still call it internet exploder.. so yeah. lol Firefox is nice, open source

Then only ever click on a dialog box once you understand what it says. If a website is saying you need to update your java, go to the java website to update it.. never update it at some random website (or any but the official). So always watch what you download.

If you like getting dirty then install a script blocker, as they are beautiful- but not for people who dont like to tweak a page till it works.

Something you should add about those script blockers is they don't work as well as they could on IE/Chrome. Firefox has the "parts" in place to allow, NoScript for example, to prevent the scripts/etc from even being downloaded. Chrome, as far as I know, still doesn't have them. Hence why you don't see NoScript on Chrome.

Although after looking, it looks like some addon makers have found workarounds for near complete or complete functionality on Chrome.

Not necessarily if your computer was a closed system, i.e. not connected to internet no virus can come in unless you, of course, input it through a flash drive or the like...
