They don't really have any reason or intensive to do so. I mean, it might be interesting to have it in a historical sense.
Later generations would know the mystery behind one of the biggest flops in Final Fantasy history instead of hiding it away and keeping it a lost artifact. But Square as a company has no reason to do so.

I'm actually picturing threads or whatever we'll have in the future, where young fans of Final Fantasy XXXII will talk about the secret past world of one of the old games like how we talk about secret versions of old canceled games and beta mysteries today. What a hoot.
