Am I missing something, or did you really base that conclusion on a new year illustration? Or was it supposed to be irony?

We just so happen to have 3 small animals that are getting a lot of attention from the concept artists? I doubt that they're going to be enemies. Killing baby X's seems like a bad thing to focus on when you're looking for good publicity for your failed game. Some kinda pet system seems like the most likely choice.
