I wouldn't be so adverse to the possibility of gearing up our chocos.

Since they have jobs, they might get gear.

Maybe like "boots" that make them run faster, saddles which improve riding capability (IE, getting lamed/booted off), helmets, beak weapons, etc. Like us, they'll get a set of AF gear. And of course gear that helps them do whatever they're job is.

I was a big fan of customization they did with automatons, so maybe they'll do something similar for chocos?
