There is no "solution" because there is no such thing as "the legacy issue".

It was. People were just lacking English/reading comprehension skills, as usual.

It was factually not. The tab was only updated once it was too late for those who read the tab and joined because of it.

There were updates on the lodestone but they scrolled down the list in history - never was this information appended to the main tab which never moved until it was - too - late.

So.. no people didnt lack english/reading comprehension skills.
