I'm wondering..

Yoshi P. said that we are going to receive Servers with regional Mirrors for lag reduction.
So there are going to be server which data centres are located in europe, usa and japan.

But didnt he mentioned, that we wont be able to transfer to an other server directly at release? or did i missunderstood that, and he only meant we cant transfer to one of the new servers (who are for newcomers only)


can anyone clearify? it would not be useful when we dont get the chance of a server transfer when one of the ARR features are "regional server"?
