how many time do people have to complain before they understand that it's your region that does not allow SE to do this type of contest if you have issue with it blame w/e law does not allow them to do it in your area.

Strange only SE has problems with those regions.
SE only supports countries they have their offices and and gives a shit about the rest, not the first time and they will never change. There are at least a handfull of countries in the EU where contests like this one are no problem.
Will that could be true they still have to request in that countries if they could do that contest if they say no what else you think they can do? Sure the area they have offices make it easy because they have people in that area to do all the work to make sure it be allow.Strange only SE has problems with those regions.

Look at the 1.0 CE did you wonder why NA got the dumbest item and EU/JP got the cub and so on? because how i remember was that there a Law in USA that you can't sell cups that would provoke drinking -.- i got so piss about that but what can we do about it noting really laws are made and take years to fight just to take it off so it's pointless for the most part when it come to something law as why contest not allow in your area.

Then you don't know your country's law very well. Every country has rules and regulations governing contests and competitions. Many more restrictive than others, and many contain provisions which dratsically increase the cost of running a contest in that country, effectively but not explcitly prohibiting it.
Like it or not, it is no simple task running contests, especially those with physical/monetary prizes, in many different countries at once.
So this is the new "I didn't get into alpha boo~hoo" thread?
What I meant was that people need to stop throwing up walls of text with assumptions of what it might be that is holding SE back and concluding it's the countries fault based on those assumptions. Then you don't know your country's law very well. Seeing as how SE got in a mess before for a contest, I don't think this assumption is out of line.
Woo! Cosplay contest. Can't wait to see the results.
I was bummed I couldn't enter (US player), but I was gonna do an ARR cosplay anyway for the cons this year. Perhaps multiple outfits depending on how many of my friends I cancoerceer, persuade to join me. Can't wait for the game to come out so I can see all my options.
...and the playing bit. That'll be fun too.
If the contest is not being held in your country, perhaps you should contact your local government or SE directly.
The walls of text and 'assumptions' were posted in reply to you posting on a forum for players. Players then responded. If your gripe is with the company holding the contest and the country in which the contest is NOT being held, then your complaint does not belong here.
Everyone thought paid retainers and fantasia would be the end of it.
You were warned.
Cash shop in, TrystWildkey out.
***Cosplay Contest Update***
In order to give contestants more time to perfect their costumes, we will be extending the Cosplay Contest deadline to 30 June 2013 00:00am (GMT).
This means that there is still some time for those that haven't started making their costumes.
Remember - the grand prize is a trip to Japan!
