Since you call them "those people" too, I assume you're not part of that group.

So, what is the best from your point of view ? If we reject some ideas because "other people might get upset", we can miss some good ones.
It's more that, if they don't cater to those people to some degree, they won't play. And those are the types they're trying to attract. So ideas and such are fine, but if it pushes the target customer base away it likely won't happen.

And that's really the thing, you can't just show up with your point of view alone. I've learned long ago that my PoV means nothing if the game isn't catered towards what I like, and that unless people just all of a sudden change to be similar, to just avoid games that don't fit me. If I like more of the game than I dislike, I play, otherwise not. Until money isn't the driving force behind making the game, they'll likely cater to the largest amount they can. In this day and age I unfortunately do not fit into that group. And there's very few developers that make games that I do like.

"More incentives to Casual players." Stop trolling.
Counter elites, counter trolls, counter noobs, counter racism, counter non english speakers, counter hardcore players, and counter strike. Oh gawd... can you just deal with it? Why even make a thread? Oh wait because you are entitled freely to express your wonderful opinion. Another dumb thread.

And for some casual players, don't you guys just want "hard, earned, top tier-ed gears" the easy way? If I offended you, then shiet, let it be. Play the game, you don't like it, stop crying and move on. The world doesn't revolve around you.

Elitism is everywhere, not just players who has end game gears. Even noobs who has a level 10 wooden stick can be an elite bossing around a player who has a level 1 stick. Go ahead and express your opinion and suggestion, its not going to fly by like every other mmo.

Ya make everything so hard that all the people who complain that garuda is too hard, start up a million new post about whaaaa its to hard then SE has to make it easier.

Doing the stuff multiple times wont bother MOST MMORPG players because grinding, farming, crafting, etc you do countless times to get the reward at the end, RNG Boss fights are no different, dont like it go play another game.

Ifrit is a very fun fight every single time i do it. Not so hard at first when my shell had just formed our our shell had beaten him on our 3 try. like everything in life the more you do it the better you get. I got my ifrit claws from getting the totems i was happy i still do ifrit. We now do ifrits just to see how much weve improved ourselves since beating garuda.

Yeah, all it really takes is some practice. The people QQing about content being difficult would probably cry if the ever played the mega man games I played back in the day. XD

People don't beat dungeons or primals for nothing. They want the drops.
Nowadays, getting items request that you win each content multiple times, except for the few lucky ones that drop the first time.

That's totally "putting time and effort". So the people you speak of probably don't get those items already, if only they manage to win these content.

Maybe the game can do like DDO, when before starting a quest, you chose the difficulty. Higher difficulty would have higher droprate, so you could chose between "time" and "skill".

My shell does. We are fighting Ifrit Extreme now i dont need to fight him yet cause im not on that part from relic. Cause im waiting for Summoner to come out and do the Relic for that. We are doing it to see if we can win. We are taking our "Time" with trial and error, Dry runs if you will, to gain "Skill" to beat Ifrit Extreme.

If your shell plans to get relics, "putting time and effort" is not a problem for you.
Besides "training to win" is just a prerequisite.

And Ifrit Extreme is not a flawed mechanic the quest only requires you to win.

The only system i agree with and there doing this in ARR is where if you don't get anything in a dungeon for a long time you be reward with the same looking item from the dungeon just lower end version.

So let's say you did 20+ runs of a dungeon and your endgame pretty much did not give you anything yet because it's not your turn. What i'm guessing is the system would random give a player who did not get anything for a long time a lower end version it still good just not the best version of the gear.

Anything else is dumb and way to much spoonfeeding
