Thread: What Logging Back In to 1.0 Feels Like

Logging back in after over a month felt like the following:

*Like coming back to your house knowing full well it burned down months ago, yet it's still standing.
*Like entering your favorite mall after closing time days before it gets torn down.
*Like suddenly returning to earth after the rapture, and nobody's left.
*Like the guy in Twilight Zone who survived a nuclear holocaust by accident because he liked to hide in the bank vault to read. (one of the earliest episodes)
*Like visiting Disney World as an adult, having been there once as an impressionable child, and finally acknowledging it was just a carnival ride all along.
*Like opening a box of your old toys to play with them before your parents throw them away.

Any other analogies? I'd love to hear them. Please keep it clean, though, and no trolling.

Haha I was thinking how much I'd missed my chocobo. The personal ones in XI aren't as user friendly.
