I find status symbols are mostly useful when jerks decide to try to act like they know more about the game because they think they played it for longer. Then I can whip out my dalamud horn and be all "You were saying..?"

The mark we survived the war is more a canon main story line thing and not a hipster thing to show off ..didn't you watch the final trailer? that kind of battle will leave marks on anyone.. ex. the Hyur's face has like 5 scars ...
I love my server.
That is all. Carry on. . . .

My reward for playing 1.0 is I don't have to start from scratch. I don't have to level anything until level cap is raised and I can make anything in the game that can be crafted on day one of ARR. My reward was also playing the game period. I also will have a lot of people to do stuff with from day one.
Its not about a reward, its asking for more information on a feature they have said will be there for us. Is it ok that I ask for more info? Or am I not allowed to inquire about something that isnt a "grass" thread? I didn't expect any of the forum users to know anything about it beyond the small amount of info we have already received. All i know is we will have a mark (tattoo?) that we can have on our character that will only be available to 1.0 players adn we will have the option to display it or not. Looks like most of the people commenting do not want to display it, fair enough, why bother commenting on this thread then? Bored much?
