Actually, Yes, it is because we are the ones who test, play & give feedback in the likes & dislikes in what we see. In what I was saying in my topic post of the list I gave were examples of things a player would like to have knowledge about, instead of being out of the loop then on the forums complaining.

That is what the current Alpha and up coming beta tests are for. Sorry you don't understand that. Just because you feel entitled, doesn't mean that SE isn't getting the feedback that they need.

It's quite simple, either you get into alpha/beta or you don't. No need of vote/poll for that. For normal if ppl demand polls/votes for something like that they just angry about not getting in and try to find a way....

Majority of the pdf's were released with the previous road map then they moved certain ones when ARR website came available. Some of those pdf's we already received in 1.0. I'm ready for this new road map as well as hopefully we will get to see some of this pdf's in model mode.

not the road map its the third file on the lodestone website it has a list of all the content they plan to add at launch and after.

You want to give feedback? Isn't that what you are doing now? Isn't that what the forums are for? Do the devs not read and respond to relevant posts? Poll questions so far have been multiple choice, not "what did you like/dislike" could you imagine how long it would take to go through it all? The original 3 players polls were at and for a critical stage during the FFXIV 1.0 crisis. I'm sure you want to have your voice heard about something (otherwise why would you be calling for a poll) but really, what can any of us contribute before the release of the game that wouldnt be better served as part of the official alpha/beta tester feedback.

Someone here said something about having a poll a few months after the official release. That makes sense. That poll can be geared towards what content we might want to see implemented first, EG: Housing, PvP, Golden saucer, etc.

You know... The Dev team has been really amazing in acknowledging what was done wrong the first time around with XIV. And they have taken a completely different approach in their decision making here than they did with XI. They are actually involving us in the process. Asking us our opinions, sharing info with us, etc. Which is fantastic but unfortunately it also creates a sense of entitlement with many people and makes them think they have the right to demand things from the dev team. That is not how this works.
