Collector's Log

As we know, both DoH and DoL get their own logs to measure their accomplishments based on their progress through crafting and gathering. I feel that DoW/M should also get something a little similar in the form of a Collector’s Log.

The idea initially came from another thread, I was reading it and thought “Wouldn’t it be wonderful if this information was in game?”

The Collector’s Log would document and list every item that we have seen drop off a monster along with it’s corresponding drop rate and HQ drop rate (assuming SE is willing to disclose such information - If so, maybe just Common, Uncommon, Rare tiering?).
This could be accompanied by completion achievements similar to the ones that the DoH/DoL log books will inevitably have.
The Collector’s Log should be searchable by a specific item (making it easier for a person to find a target to that drops a specific item) and also browsable by zone and mob families.

I realise there is a bestiary intended to be in the full release, if this seems to be too similar then I feel that the functions Collector’s Log should be implemented within the bestiary.
