
I agree. Most people usually detest changes especially when it's working, even if it's horribly cumbersome. They've adapted to make the system work for them. When change hits, they are met with the sense of despair because now that system does not work for them.I am going to add a lot of people do not like change, even if it's better. These are the people I most often have arguments with. As a computer Scientist I have to embrace change, if I don't I become less competitive in an ever changing environment.
