Do you think they will keep servers up?

Have you been logging in these days, and whats your server population like? I have had my character logged in since the 21st, there are 30 something people online on Balmung right now, mostly JP. It's fun running around talking to people, I hope enough people are playing to keep them up another month.

If people knew they're giving out relic weapons from their Inn Room beds I think more people would be logging on and the servers would stay up. Too bad my THM isn't 50. -.-

People knew this because it started on the final week. The servers are going off for sure because there truly was no reason to bring them back up.

i deleted everything off my pc so i won't be logging in but i figured almost no one would of loged in without saves and those who do, aren't gonna do it everyday religiously. they really should turn them off and just focus on making a kick ass launch for us for 2.0

...they should give every player playing this game that is waiting for 2.0 launch a free ffxi account till 2.0 is back up. a sorry for the wait, here play this kinda thing. besides it might get some players that not play it b4 hooked on it and keep both or at least one or the other.

XI is still way too profitable for them to do that.

I'd go back if they offered a free world transfer with my character reactivation so I could play with all these cool kids from the FFXIV forums. I know that none of my old buds on Alex/Shiva still play. Not that I can't afford it, just the fee leaves me feeling a bit sour considering the hundreds of pounds (probably close to £1k) I've already spent on the game.

Well i still log on, but our population is getting worse by the day. In the beginning there was a jp peak of about 170-200 now its 50-100 and euro peak was 80 to yesterday of 12 lol. So we might be lucky, but maybe you should prepare for the worst.
