Alpha First Look: Video 6 – Gathering and Crafting

I love the new UI for gathering! Seems like DOL and DOH will be much more enjoyable. Only thing I thing that kinda bugged me was the fact that the outcome item screen for Botanist seemed a bit jumbled. I hope there is an option for sort in that UI...I'd prefer to see my choices from top to bottom instead of seeing gaps inbetween my choices...

Or even better, tighten up that part of the UI....since theres 8 slots available already, keep them...but hide them from view when not in use. So say I go to gather, and the tree I am currently at has 4 separate items available for me to select and gather.... I would only see 4 options to select in the UI...Not having an item list that has 8 slots but only 4 selectable options.....which doesn't always appear to be in order, or arranged in a top to bottom view.......did I mention the fact it says, "nothing"?? It looks silly to even have it say "nothing " there :P

Tightening up this part of the UI would complement the new system very well^^
