Alpha testing

I was just checking out my account and it says that alpha test is part of my services does that mean i have access to test the servers? i did not recieve an email on it so im confused and if i do have access how would i go about setting up to make a new character for the alpha servers. One last thing did i wait to long it says that it was issued Dec 4th

It means you are in, you would need to get the alpha forum link from someone in the alpha, I would post it but I am not sure if the reps would appreciate it even though you can't get passed the screen without being in the alpha.

i checked my spam foldersand found nothing. it is possible i emptyed them with the email in there but ill check my account again and see whats up it would be awesome if i could read the email it prolly tells me what i need to know. Thats if i actually have access
