When a company tells X to its paying customers and then does Y which happens to be the opposite of X, a percentage of those customers will lose a certain amount of trust in that company. It's a very simple and straightforward marketing rule.

It's not blind faith Read the letters he keeps saying that Alpha is going smoothly, very little problems, and a even a few people that I know has told me Alpha feels like it should be in Beta. So again Don't know what your talking about.

While I understand that, You and "only" you has been at this for over a month since Alpha has started, I understand how you feel about getting "False information" but in life s**t happens company or no Company, all a person can do is deal with it.. sure Express how you feel about it.. but you been saying the same thing like a broken record since Alpha started so, all I can tell you is "Look forward to beta and stop dwelling in the past."
