Losing customer trust doesn't necessarily mean the customers will immediately ragequit, but it does add up, and Square Enix already has a rather extensive history of taking the hammer to their customer's trust in their decision making ability. The sensitive course of action would be to just stop doing that.
Loosing what trust? He said months ago he wanted people who was not playing the game to join, get that through your head. They are taking feed back so what happened with 1.0 wont happen with 2.0 cause you did not get in the alpha, they have plenty of feed back from tons of players.
