For the people that are upgrading from 1.0, the answer is... we don't know yet. I would hold on to your disk just in case; if they botch the release and don't have a standalone, disk-independent download, you'll have to use your 1.0 disk or buy a new copy.

Yoshi-p said they be a link on the lodestone that every user who play 1.0 can download it once they log on to the llodestone you see a link somewhere.

Sidenote: i said this like few page why do people just ignore and keep talking about something that been confirm by yoshi-p himself that going to happen? Seem like everything someone confirm something people just ignore it and keep talking about what they should do when that what going to happen seem a little silly to me but w/e.
