ARR Housing Discussion Thread

i just want to be able to make my own furniture alla carpenter again ...other then that i can care less. housing is one of those extra that i don't care about. i'm not gonna sit in there and play house or decorate fungshway or whatever. fact i hated the housing in ffxi cause you had to go there to change classes and worse gear up cause not enough space in your inventory for multiple classes worth of gear><. so the housing system just became this uggg i'm going to my house thing. witch the gear thing will probably happen again since they are droping our inventory space by half. but i still think i can get multiclass gears in there for classes with ease.

the extra buffs and stuff like that though is a nice addition, they should add tons of that. personally i would like this for my personal housing not the linkshell company/group one. i'm sorry every guild game that has this the guild disbands or whatever happens and you lose all of it and it's not coming with you. i want it to feel personal to me. yes in ffxi i had linkshells that lasted 3+ years but never seen a mmo with a housing with extra's attached where any guild lasted more then few months to half a year ..most those games don't even last that long.

tldr only thing i can think of making housing something entertaining or considered content is if a real life mithra pops up in my pc room when i enter my housing and gives me a quick handy b4 i exit out to do some more content.
