Bringing back some FFXI armor sets

I'd like to see a set of the following:

• Optical Hat
• Scorpion Harness
• Ochimusha Kote
• Crimson Cuisses
• Leaping Boots

The gear sold as a complete set from a shady NPC (qiqirn) vendor for 100k and he doesn't allow players to see the stats before they buy it.

The gear is lvl 50 and has no stat bonuses at all.

That's unfortunate, didn't stop them making a lot of gear in XIV they did create, like the jester gear. A lot of these old sets (and bonuses) would probably look really nice updated, especially the more heavy ones.

O-hat was the most god-awful hat in the entire game. If it wasn't so damn useful, it would just be a fashion faux pas.

Yeah . . . not so much. If they had pieces inspired by past games, I wouldn't mind. However, I would much rather XIV have it's own look, not just copy paste everything from XI. Besides, most of those outfits just don't fit the aesthetics of Eorzea, not without a deal of reworking.

Fail so much fail, not SE, you.... every day you dress in clothing (am assuming), which looks not so much different from what you had on yesterday, with the difference being... different color shirt (but still a shirr), different color pant's (or maybe the same), and so on... 9/10 for all clothing is recolor of the same thing in the real world (mind you with a different label making a 10$ cost 100$), why would it be any different in a game?!

I do agree that SE should borrow some skins from XI, and it would be cool to see SH and Haub all over again... man i used those for years!
