Me being clever now why does your post sound like you being very rude to me? I'm sorry i can't confirm it but once you get your alpha invite go and look it up yourself on the alpha forums. Stop being a asshole to people just because they can't post a source i did went back and confirm it guess what? i still can't tell you what it says but trust me it does make that 3 GCD be noting but a memory.

p.s i bet people bitch and complain as much everyone does here to make the GCD be 1.5sec for low level just because people cry to much. By the time ffxiv ARR is release it would be a real WoW clone thanks to everyone crying and making SE change things.
